Youth Mentoring

Mentoring for children and youth in the community. Our mentors are positive role-models who create a supportive and healthy relationship that provides each youth with knowledge to develop and achieve success in a variety of areas.

Community Planning & Programming

A strong community benefits every individual. If you have an idea for a community event, program, or require planning/assistance in developing one, we can help.

Wellness Check

We provide wellness checkups on children, adults, and families in your community. All staff are trained to observe, identify and report any signs of abuse, neglect, or other misconduct.

Transportation

All your clients transportation needs taken care of by a trained staff. When you need something more than a cab or public transit. Our staff are trained in supporting numerous diagnosis, as well as functional and safety trainings like Car Seat Safety Training.

What the Community Has to Say About Us

Let's Work Together

"I have been blown away by the services that WFS provides my clients. Most of the companies in the Fredericton region do good work with our clients, but WFS goes above and beyond for the children and families they work with. They treat their staff well, which in turn leads to better care of clients. They are quick to respond, communicate well, and are always quick to please. If you are in need of services and you want to make sure your client gets excellent care, go with WFS."

Josh Daigle—

"My experience working within this company has helped me grow as a human being and a support worker. Management care about the people working with them and there is an open-door policy which is encouraged to deal with any issues that might arise."

Jenni Thibeau —

"I have been in this field for almost 6 years now and have learned that it takes some very special people to do the work that the WFS staff teams are doing with the youth in their care."

Victoria

"It’s comforting to know my place of work is a safe learning space where I am given the opportunity and tools to grow with each experience that arises. WFS has been an influential part of my journey, shaping me into the person I am today while guiding me to further my knowledge in the pursuit of education. WFS represents genuine care by embedding heart, mind and spirit into the work place, creating a safe space for team members and individuals we care for.  It is a true honour and inspiration to be apart of the WFS team."
